 Applied Molecular Management Opportunities (AMMO)

This business will exploit the technology of JTW through a non-exclusive Joint Development Partnership that authorizes the use of a new device in extraction and separation of precious metals and rare earths from ore deposits and mine tailings.

The technology is totally ‘green’ without requirement of the use of water or chemicals and only a minimum use of energy. It may be used in both new and abandoned mines.  Upon completion of development, the technology will enable the near perfect extraction (99%) of individual elements from ore deposits and mine tailings.

The net benefit of the technology is to increase yields over other types of ore processing while accelerating processing and reducing costs. Actual yields from processing with the technology typically exceed amounts stated in assays, demonstrating an ability to separate targeted elements bonded with other materials so closely as to mask their presence.

The technology is of particular benefit to owners of mineral deposits who are blocked by environmental regulations from mining and/or who are unable to extract gold from ore through available processing technologies because the minerals are bonded to materials that do not respond to the processing.

AMMO plans to acquire mining claims or partner with owners of mining claims in which the application of the technology has highest value. AMMO is seeking partnership relationships with an active mining operations that will generate the highest yields of valuable metals and minerals.

International Wellness Resorts Inc.

International Wellness Resorts Inc. (hereinafter “the Company”) represents a unique combination of short and long term revenue streams working in a complementary fashion: medical tourism, hospitality and land development. The Company will emphasize its theme of ultimate personal wellness.

The Company plans to build and operate a number of wellness centers at resort locations around the world that will provide common and proprietary healthcare treatments. The treatments will be offered in combination with travel within the new industry of medical tourism.

Medical tourism (also called medical travel, health tourism or global healthcare) is a term initially coined by travel agencies and the mass media to describe the rapidly-growing practice of traveling across international borders to obtain health care. A forecast by Deloitte Consulting projected medical tourism originating in the U.S. and Canada could jump by a factor of ten over the next decade. The report estimated 1.6 million North Americans will travel overseas for health care in 2010, spending billions of dollars. Steve Forbes stated “Medical tourism is a fast growing phenomenon which will be a $40 Billion industry [worldwide] in 2010.”
