SEED CAPITAL FUNDS
The documents set forth here represent a project in which I am involved in the design, development and operation of a seed capital fund.
It is my opinion that there currently of a severe scarcity of funding available for startup businesses and that there is a need to take immediate action to create new sources of seed capital. Small businesses are recognized as the primary source of new jobs. In order to recover from the current economic crisis, we need more jobs. I believe that these jobs can only be generated through a national grass roots effort to start and grow new businesses.
